Distinguish size labels from measurements
For clothing, record the labelled size and the measurements you can verify, with units. If you provide a chart, state whether it describes the garment or the body. Do not copy another seller’s chart. A “free size” label needs an explanation of the actual fit range you can support, not an assumption that it fits everyone.
Explain sets and pack quantities
Illustrative description: “Pack contains one kurta and one pair of trousers. Dupatta not included.” Use this only if it matches your item. If a photograph includes styling accessories, make their status clear. The word “set” alone leaves the buyer guessing, especially when similar catalogues contain different numbers of pieces.
Keep each variant internally consistent
Check each colour and size separately instead of reviewing only the first option. Confirm that the selected variant has the right image, label and stock record. A correction to one description may need a matching correction to the pack field or size chart. Keep a small review log so the same mismatch is not copied into the next catalogue.
Review in the Supplier Panel
Meesho’s supplier guide describes uploading catalogues in the Supplier Panel. Follow the current fields and category guidance shown there. After submission, check the catalogue status and the buyer-facing version. If buyers repeatedly ask what is included, improve that detail rather than adding more promotional adjectives.
Common questions
Should I use “fits all” for free-size items?
Do not claim a universal fit without evidence. Give the verified measurements and supported fit guidance instead.
