Prepare the brief before drafting
Collect product type, brand where applicable, model, material, dimensions, colour and pack contents. Keep the internal SKU attached to your records so you do not confuse similar items. Confirm that the item and its variants belong in the selected category before writing category-specific claims.
Match the description to the attributes
Illustrative item: a stainless-steel lunch box with two containers. The title, description and pack field should all agree on the count. “Two containers” does not establish a total capacity, microwave compatibility or leak resistance. Leave those claims out until verified, even if a suggested draft includes them.
Check images and selected variants
Use photographs of the actual item and verify which colour or size each image represents. A group photo should not imply that every pictured accessory is included. Review the chosen variant as a buyer would: the selection, photo, dimensions and description must tell the same story.
Finish the Seller Hub review
Flipkart’s seller guidance describes creating listings with product details. Check your current category form and guidance for required fields and image requirements. Track the status of the submission separately from your saved draft. If a check fails, correct the cited field rather than rewriting accurate facts to force a result.
